Jason is a Product Manager at Virgin Media, where he is responsible for the technical product management of Virgin Mobile’s WiFi services, including driving and delivering the roadmap for Virgin Media’s WiFi apps. His main focus is on improving mobile data customer experience and increasing offload savings, by driving higher adoption of Virgin Media’s WiFi applications into the mobile base and achieving higher app and WiFi usage. Jason is a firm believer in data driven product management combined with good product intuition. He is a customer experience enthusiast and an advocate of a simple use experience underpinned by high quality solutions.
